Facilities Management

• Manage your facilities with Tonesat and our partners who have more than 20 years experience in this industry.
• Hard Services: Manage the upkeep and repairs to all generators, HVAC, lights, tiling, building infrastructure in it's totality, electrical, plumbing, civil and more.
• Soft Services: Cleaning, catering and horticulture.
• CMMS and FMS application implementation, operations and management.
• If the client does not have their own CMMS we implement OPERATION SMART or any other CMMS application required by the client.

Asset Management

• Complete asset management that may consist of but not limited to:
• Asset register development (also see Configuration Management);
• Asset auditing for asset identification, asset location, asset register updating and application updating. Subject to strict change management practices.
• EUL (Estimated Useful Life) auditing. Research the EUL of all assets and develop a report on findings with reference mainly to EUL times and expected replacement value breakdown and totalling.

Maintenance Management

• Similar to facilities except we extend our services to process plants, light and heavy industries.
• Resource placement. This will consist of but not be limited to:
• Maintenance Manager placement (SLA defined);
• Planner placement (SLA defined);
• Maintenance administrator (SLA defined);
• Operation of maintenance and project application either on a SLA or SMC (Service Maintenance Contract);
• Or just the implementation and configuration of any CMMS. If no CMMS exists the client may make use of our home based application called OPERATION SMART.

Configuration Management

• Total hierarchy development from the company to site to building, area, location, assets and child assets. This includes coding conventioning with the corresponding descriptions.
• Document specification creation for numbering and coding conventions. This may also include document naming/coding, library configuration and inserting into Document Management application. If no Document Management application exists then OPERATION SMART can be used.
• CAD specification standardisation.
• Service entries and scheduling register development.

Training

• Training on the following subject matters:
• CMMS. From general end-user level to advanced to implementation methodologies;
• Planning. Maintenance and Project Planning.
• Project Management.
• Project Administration.
• AutoCAD. up to version 2009.
• MS Projects
• OPERATION SMART. From beginner to very advanced.
• Resource Management
• Compile training material for organisations.
• Sales of project management book. A 470 page project management book that should cover everything you will need from project administration to planning to management. Also delves into resource management and project financial management. Written by Brian Watson (MBA graduate).

Projects

• Resource training as mentioned in our training section above.
• Placement of project resources with regards to project administrators, planners and managers.
• Project administrator, plan and/or manage on the clients behalf.
• Assist with MS Project plan development.
• Assist with project tendering.
• Project process diagram development.
